1. Where are your shawls made?

Our Pashmini shawls are 100% made in Kashmir with care and craftsmanship. Each piece reflects the beauty of traditional Kashmiri artistry, blended with a modern touch. Other then that, Acrylic shawls are made and design in Pakistan with 100% pure wool which make you feel relaxing and elegent.

 

2. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery across Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 10,000.
A delivery fee of Rs. 200 will apply to orders below Rs. 10,000.

 

3. How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Bank Transfer

• Credit/Debit Card

💡 Bank transfers should be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be shipped on full COD.

 

4. I’m having trouble using the website — what should I do?

5. What size should I order?

Each shawl is made in one free size, carefully designed to drape elegantly and comfortably. Our detailed product descriptions mention the approximate size dimensions for each piece.

 

6. When will I receive my order?

• Orders are usually processed within 2 working days.
• Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days within Pakistan.
• International orders are delivered in 7–10 working days.
