Thank you for shopping with AAQS.Store. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the product is faulty or damaged.

The item must be unused, with original tags (if any), and in its original packaging.

You need to provide proof of purchase (order number / invoice).

Please provide clear photographic (or video) evidence showing the damage or fault.

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds simply because of a change of mind only for faulty or damaged goods.

4. Inspection

After inspection, we will decide whether the claim is valid and notify you of our decision.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the inspection shows that the item was damaged after delivery (not during shipping) or used in a way that caused the problem.
5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after the inspection is approved.

Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges

If you choose to exchange, we will send you a replacement of the same or similar item, subject to availability.

If the exact item is not available, we may offer an alternative or a refund.
7. Shipping for Returns

For items that are faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost (or reimburse you) — after we confirm the claim.

8. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
